To characterize structural changes of HCQ retinopathy with SD-OCT after drug cessation. Setting: Private practice and academic institution. Patient Population: Patients at New England Eye Center and Ophthalmic Consultants of Boston in Boston, MA diagnosed with HCQ retinopathy and followed after drug cessation. Fluorescein angiography shows parafoveal hyperfluorescence, and autofluorescence shows a minimal decrease in signal in the same region. In the five patients with SD OCT abnormalities, 3 had signs of early HCQ retinopathy while 2 had advanced changes.
