    Plaquenil, Imuran, Probiotics. Oh My! - Sarcoidosis - Inspire So I was wondering, now that I am on Plaquenil and Imuran I am wondering if I should continue on the probiotics. I have been reading that the porbiotics can stimulate the immune system whereas the two meds are supposed to do just the opposite and they contraindicate one another.
